Are all Inching India products handcrafted? +
Yes. Every Inching India garment is handcrafted by master artisans based in India. We use traditional techniques including zari and thread embroidery, delicate cut-work, handwoven Kani weaves from Kashmir, and fine velvet tailoring. Protecting and promoting Indian craftsmanship is central to our mission — our artisans are an extended part of our family.
What sizes do you offer? +

How long does delivery take across India? +
We usually ship within 12–15 business days of your order via third-party logistics partners. Express Shipping is available at an additional Rs. 300. Free shipping on all prepaid domestic orders — Cash on Delivery available at an additional Rs. 49.
Do you offer customisation or bespoke orders? +
Yes. Customisation is in our DNA — our founders spent 25 years creating bespoke outfits for individual clients. We accept custom orders for special occasions including weddings, Diwali, and Navratri. We also carry farshi sets and occasion-specific collections for Diwali, Navratri, Eid, and weddings. New collections are added weekly — each named after an Urdu or Hindi word that captures its spirit.

Who founded Inching India? +
Inching India was founded in 2020 by Rachana Khanna and Pooja Khanna — sisters in law who each ran intimate home boutiques for over 25 years before the pandemic prompted them to take their craft online. Rachana's daughters Anoushka Khanna and Aadhyaa Khanna and Pooja's son Vasu Khanna are also co-founders. Today the whole family remains actively involved.
